SEO isn’t Dying it’s Evolving

I’m sure you have heard people say SEO is dying. However, as long as there are human beings, people are going to ask questions. So, as long as you’re looking for information, there needs to be some kind of search engine.

Elon Musk is working on Neural Link right now, which basically allows the brain and a computer to seamlessly interact. Imagine if you can think a search and it just pops out instead of having to type or even voice-command it. This is something that’s very possible by 2030 because just look at the rate of technology development right now.

We do very much think that look if Neural Link actually becomes more formalised then I think we’re going to have a different way of doing a search, but we don’t think search is dying, it’s just evolving!.

Search Capable Appliances

We believe search isn’t just going to be from your Google Home or your Alexa devices. Search is going to end up taking place on all devices. Let’s say you’re cooking in the kitchen, your stove will start breaking down ingredients, what to do next, how to fix things, etc. All these types of devices will start incorporating search to some degree. So when you’re doing SEO, it’s not just about optimising for Google, it’s going to be for optimising for all these devices that people use throughout their day.

Voice Search

Alexa and the Google homes of the world are working together to make a more standardised voice search protocol. This is better for marketers who look to take advantage of these tools as well as customers who should getter a better experience. Voice is gonna get much smarter. I think with the data that they’re given, they’re gonna understand a lot more in the next few years. Right now, if asked a complicated question, Alexa going to be unable to understand. For the most part, it’s still very rudimentary. So you’re gonna see voice become a lot more developed, and it’s going to be able to to do a lot more heavy lifting for you.

Voice Search Remarketing

Voice search is going to be a remarketing game.  Let’s say you’re getting rankings for voice search queries related cooking instructions. People are learning from your content. And what will end up happening is through remarketing, you’ll be able to remarket to those who have listened to one of the answers through voice search.

International SEO

Translating your content into other languages is can be huge for SEO gains. Google has mentioned that they have a ton of content in English that they’ve crawled, but they’re missing the other languages. Google’s goal is to organise the world’s information, so we think you’re going to see translations rise up quite a bit.

There are billions of blog posts being published every day and billions of blogs out there already. Competition is very, very stiff right now. The way that you have to that you want to grow your traffic is to really diversify because a lot more of the world is going online now. In the next decade, you’ll see a lot more people come online, which means people are going to pay more attention to actually figure it out how they can help create content for other languages.

Video Search Beyond YouTube

We believe video is going to be the future of content. You’re going to have to start creating more video-based content. So, make sure you’re creating video content even though it doesn’t do as well in SEO right now, we do believe it’ll do extremely well in the long run. This could become paramount as devices like Google Glass become better designed and less invasive. With increasing access to a screen almost all times, there will be a much higher demand for video-based results.
